the reservation is valid from the moment the written confirmation is received from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>– up to 14 days before the expected arrival date, the deposit can be deducted on the amount of a subsequent holiday of at least the same amount as the one cancelled to be made within a year;
– from 14 to 0 days from the date of arrival the deposit will not be refunded;
– in case of late arrival or early departure, the amount of the days booked and not used will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
the booked holiday will be charged in full, as required by European legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
any extras made during the stay will be charged to the room. The balance can be paid in cash, debit card or credit card (Visa and Master). Checks are accepted only if the stay is paid on arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For our staff is much to care about your well-being, so it is very important for everyone to be on time to the agreed appointment. Otherwise the duration of the session will have to be reduced.
The agreed appointments cannot be moved in the short term (24 hours before).
In case of cancelation in short-term of the appointment (24 hours before) you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
for overnight stay with breakfast, \u20ac 15.00 will be deducted from the \u00be board price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
no supplement for the Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinner with music and entertainment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
it is possible to have lunch with a la carte menu from 12:30 to 14:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
meals not consumed will not be deducted, it is however possible to request a packed lunch instead of the meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

on the day of arrival, the rooms will be available from 14.00, please vacate them by 10.00
