Our ¾ board includes:
- Breakfast buffet from 07.30 to 10.00: fresh fruit, juices and centrifuges, bread corner, homemade cakes and leavened products, cold cuts and local cheeses, eggs, selection of yoghurt.
- Afternoon snack, self-service corner from 15.00 to 17.00 with savoury and sweet proposals, yogurt and fruit juices.
- Dinner with triple menu choice, light and traditional Trentino dishes, salad and vegetable buffet, selection of local cheeses with honey and jams, cold cuts, appetizers and fresh fruit.
- Flexible menu for those who follow special diets. Our kitchen pays the utmost attention to celiac, vegetarian and vegan guests, for the smallest dedicated menus and always available personalized baby food and broths.
