Booking confirmation
The reservation is considered confirmed and binding upon receipt of the deposit.
Payment methods
Any extras and additional services used during the stay will be charged to the room account.
The balance of the stay can be paid by:
– cash (within legal limits);
– debit card;
– Visa and Mastercard credit cards;
– instant bank transfer.
Bank cheques and standard bank transfers are not accepted.
Cancellation policy
In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the booked and unused stay will be charged.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit may be used as credit for a future stay of at least equal value, to be used within one year from the departure date of the cancelled reservation.
In case of cancellation between 14 and 0 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully retained.
Late arrival and early departure
As provided by applicable regulations, the full number of booked and confirmed nights will be charged even in case of late arrival or early departure.
Meals not consumed
Meals not taken cannot be refunded or deducted from the total cost of the stay. Alternatively, a packed lunch can be requested.
Arrivals and departures
Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Arrivals are expected by 6:00 PM; in case of delay, prior notice is kindly requested.
If available, a Day Use service can be requested at a cost of €100 for standard rooms and junior suites, and €140 for suites. The service includes access to the wellness area and the afternoon buffet.
Lunch
Lunch is available at our restaurant with à la carte service from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM.
Christmas and New Year’s Eve
No supplement is charged for the Christmas and New Year’s Eve gala dinners, including live music and entertainment.
Preferred room booking
We are happy to take your room preferences into consideration; however, we cannot guarantee a specific room number.
If you wish to secure a specific room, it can be reserved with a 5% surcharge on the total stay.
Garage
Parking in the garage is included for Stella Alpine junior suites and suites.
For other room categories, garage parking is available on request and subject to availability, with an additional charge.
Beauty & Wellness
The well-being of our guests is a priority. To ensure a high-quality and punctual service, we kindly ask you to respect the scheduled appointment times.
Cancellations must be communicated by the evening before the treatment. In case of late cancellation, the full amount of the booked service will be charged.
In case of delay, the duration of the treatment may be reduced and cannot be extended to compensate for lost time.
Dogs
We accept dogs upon request for an additional fee of €25.00 per day. Size restrictions may apply, and puppies are not allowed. Pets are not allowed in common areas or in the garden. During meals, you may keep your dog with you by reserving a table in the Stube adjacent to the bar. The owner is responsible for keeping their pet under control and is liable for any damage caused to people, property, or the facility.
