General conditions

Confirmation of reservation:
the reservation is valid from the moment the written confirmation is received from us.

Cancellation policy:
– up to 14 days before the expected arrival date, the deposit can be deducted on the amount of a subsequent holiday of at least the same amount as the one cancelled to be made within a year;
– from 14 to 0 days from the date of arrival the deposit will not be refunded;
– in case of late arrival or early departure, the amount of the days booked and not used will be charged.

Delayed arrival and early departure:
the booked holiday will be charged in full, as required by European legislation.

Terms of payment:
any extras made during the stay will be charged to the room. The balance can be paid in cash, debit card or credit card (Visa and Master). Checks are accepted only if the stay is paid on arrival.

Offers:
the offers cannot be combined.

Non-smoking rooms:
all rooms are non-smoking.

Reservation of your preferred room number:
We are happy to take into account any room preferences, however we cannot
guarantee the reservation of the number of your favourite room!

SPA Tour:
Gladly we show you our extraordinary SPA environment. Find out from our staff
and book your guided tour.

Beauty appointments:
For our staff is much to care about your well-being, so it is very important for everyone to be on time to the agreed appointment. Otherwise the duration of the session will have to be reduced.
The agreed appointments cannot be moved in the short term (24 hours before).
In case of cancelation in short-term of the appointment (24 hours before) you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service!

Bed and breakfast:
for overnight stay with breakfast, € 15.00 will be deducted from the ¾ board price.

Christmas and New Year’s Eve:
no supplement for the Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinner with music and entertainment.

Full board:
It is possible to book full board with a supplement of € 20.00 for adults
and € 15.00 for children up to 11 years old.

Meals:
meals not consumed will not be deducted, it is however possible to request a packed lunch instead of the meal.

Double room for single use:
on request.

Arrivals and departures:
on the day of arrival, the rooms will be available from 14.00, please vacate them by 10.00
on the day of your departure.
Arrivals are expected until 18.00, in the event of a delay is appreciated your communication.
If your room remains free, you can request DAY USE, the price is € 25.00 per person,
including afternoon buffet and access to the wellness centre.

Room service:
you can request breakfast in your room at a cost of € 3.00 per person.

Garage:
parking space in the garage: € 10.00 per night. Free outdoor parking.

Four-legged friends:
small dogs are accepted (max 25 Kg, no puppies) upon request only in rooms with wooden floor
with a daily contribution of € 15.00. Pets are not allowed in the common rooms, wellness centre and garden.
The owner is responsible for any damage to furniture and furnishings.

Light Travelling:
the pleasure of traveling without luggage and finding them directly in your room upon arrival
and on your return home. We also thought about this thanks to an agreement with our trusted courier.
